Why did you choose to pursue a career in real estate?
I enjoy the challenge of finding the right home for buyers and working with sellers in marketing and selling their homes. My favorite part is meeting new people and helping people I know find a home they will live in for a long time.

In your opinion, what is the most challenging part of buying or selling in this ever-changing market?
The biggest challenge in this market is putting the customers fear at ease. There still is a fairly stable market in our area and some of the devaluation that is happening elsewhere is not relevant in this area. Market conditions in our area are still very stable but there are some bargains out there.

What is the most important thing a first-time homebuyer should do?
A first time homebuyer needs to get pre-approved first so they know the price range they can be comfortable with. Then it is important to look at a broad range of homes and not be stuck on just one type of home because they may change their minds on what they want.

What qualities should a good agent possess? How do you exemplify any or all of these qualities?
A good real estate agent should listen to their clients needs and take the time to locate those items. I exemplify this quality because I am willing to show my clients any home not just ones that I really want to sell.

What sets you apart from your competition?
Our office will work hard to help you fulfill your real estate needs. We will utilize the latest technology but will also be personally available at all times to help our clients.

Why do you call this area home?
I was born and raised in Monmouth. I also have a vested interest in the community because I also own the Italian Village restaurant. I consider owning IV a great honor because of the rich history it has and the amount of people that it has touched over the years.
